Equity Beyond the Office
Our DEI&B work doesn’t stop at our org chart—it shows up in our programs, partnerships, and policies. From translating materials into multiple languages to collaborating with diverse suppliers and community groups, we’re embedding equity into every solution we deliver. In 2024 alone, 31% of our incentive dollars went to income-qualified households, and 24% of program spend went to diverse-owned businesses. When we lead with equity, everyone benefits.

Progress Worth Celebrating
Our efforts have earned national recognition—but more importantly, they reflect a culture of action. We were honored for equity-focused program design by ACEEE and named a top partner by the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council. We’re also proud of our co-delivery models with diverse partners and growing employee-led ERGs. These recognitions are a reflection of the inclusive future we’re building—together.
