I thought I'd be sitting here answering questions. Instead, I got up, [virtually] showed them the heating, the thermostat, the attic area. I was surprised by how much information the advisor was seeking—in a good way.
Heating and cooling can be complicated, but it was easy to show the virtual advisor and get information. Any time you want service, you want it personalized. This was great!
That was fun! And painless. It was all practical and useful information. It was all customized. There wasn't anything uncomfortable, nothing hard to access.
