Nominate a Coworker for an Award 🏆

The Spotlight Award is awarded to one individual each month who is deserving of recognition for going above and beyond their responsibilities to passionately drive our purpose forward. Any employee, regardless of tenure, position, etc., can be nominated. Nominations are valid for three months upon submission, and employees can be nominated more than once. However, they can only win this award once.

To submit a Spotlight Award nomination, be sure to include a brief paragraph explaining why your nominee deserves to win. The executive team reads every submission to vote on the month's winner. Each winner receives a framed certificate, the ability to select a gift of their choosing from a list of options, and recognition during Town Halls, in the Water Cooler newsletter, and on social media.

The Values Award is awarded quarterly to four individuals (one per value) who have not only excelled in performing their job duties but also exemplify what it means to live our company values:

1. We inspire. We lead with confidence and humility, fostering a culture of support and shared success. We equip our clients with intuitive, integrated, and affordable clean energy solutions that deliver real, measurable results.​
2. We innovate. We listen, analyze, and collaborate to deliver creative, actionable solutions. Our work strengthens communities and economies as we pursue a clean and equitable energy future.​
3. We include. We empower diverse perspectives, nurture curiosity, and foster collaboration. By embracing different voices and experiences, we’re solving for the complexities of an equitable energy transition together.​ 
4. We do the right thing. Integrity guides everything we do. We prioritize safety, transparency, and value creation, ensuring high-quality results that respect our clients, their customers, our coworkers, and even our competitors.​

Values Award winners will be selected quarterly by the Employee Engagement Committee, who will make their selection from the pool of nominations. Each winner receives a framed certificate, the ability to select a gift of their choosing from a list of options, and recognition during Town Halls, in the Water Cooler newsletter, and on social media. 

The Sustainability Award is awarded quarterly to one individual who is deserving of recognition for exemplifying our passion for minimizing the carbon footprint of our clients and ourselves. Any employee, regardless of tenure, position, etc., can be nominated. Employees may nominate themselves or others, and employees can be nominated more than once. However, they can only win this award once.

To submit a Sustainability Award nomination, be sure to include a brief paragraph explaining why your nominee deserves to win. The Sustainability Working Group reads every submission to vote on each quarter's winner. Each winner receives a framed certificate, the ability to select a gift of their choosing from a list of options, and recognition during Town Halls, in the Water Cooler newsletter, and on social media.
