Tina Semotan
Vice President of HR and Organizational Development
Tina Semotan leads the company's Human Resources function. In her role, she oversees the strategic recruitment of staff through a customized training plan that has them quickly contributing to program and client support. She is also responsible for the company’s employee development program which has helped the firm maintain a high rate of retention.
Semotan has over 18 years of human resources management experience. She brings valuable leadership development experience to the company's growing workforce. She is also holds the position of Officer in Charge of Personnel as Captain for the National Guard.
Semotan received her B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). |
