Nevada Power & Sierra Pacific – Sure Bet for Hotels

We began implementation services of the Sure Bet for Hotels in Las Vegas for Nevada Power in 2007. One year later, we were awarded a similar contract for services in the Sierra Pacific territory of Reno. These programs ended December 2009.

Highly trained and experienced staff worked with property managers to provide direct installation services of Guest Room Energy Management systems (GREM) in hotels and motels in Nevada. Measures included the installation of equipment to efficiently regulate in-room temperatures, CFL bulbs, and bathroom lighting controlled by guest occupancy.

Franklin Energy performs the marketing, on-site assessments, installation of the energy efficiency measures, and tracking and reporting of program progress.
