Marisa Ceppi
Regional Director of Western Program Operations
Marisa Ceppi is responsible for the company’s program operations in the Western United States. Her multidisciplinary background in engineering and business provides a unique combination of analytical ability and customer relation skills.
Marisa has over 10 years’ experience managing global sales and business development efforts for multiple organizations. Through diverse roles she has directed cross-functional program development teams requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and conducted market research, competitor analyses, benchmarking and market trend evaluations to identify new product and program development opportunities.
Marisa is an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and an executive committee member of the Society of Women Engineers, Rocky Mountain Section. She received a MBA in Integrative Management from Michigan State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
