Executive Leadership Ed Carroll
Vice President of Program Design & Development
Ed Carroll joined Franklin Energy in October 2008. He is responsible for oversight to the company’s regional development through energy efficiency program initiatives. He is an 18-year veteran in the energy efficiency industry, with experience in the design, implementation and administration of energy and demand reduction programs serving residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Prior to joining Franklin Energy, Ed was one of three principals of a consulting group, where he was responsible for the firm's energy efficiency program design and implementation. Additionally, he served in a variety of leadership roles for another industry firm, including Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development where he was responsible for leading the company’s internal research effort. He previously was Vice President and General Manager for a building-science consulting firm serving the environmental insurance industry.
Ed received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dayton, Ohio and an M.S. in Energy Analysis & Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
