Abby Vogen Horn

Regional Vice President of Midwest Program Operations 

Abby Vogen Horn is responsible for program operations in the central Midwestern United States. She is nationally recognized for her efforts in the energy efficiency industry and has over 17 years of program design and implementation experience.

Her background includes program, policy and energy research direction to programs across the country, that have received awards for innovation and savings achievements. She assisted in the creation of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance, the Daylighting Collaborative and the IES Daylighting Institute, and has provided input into state energy code development.

Abby earned a BA in Government from Lawrence University.
